- A multi-page website usually includes a landing page with a disclaimer, along with other necessary informational pages such as a detailed screening page, an 'About' or information page, a donation page, a photo gallery blog, media links, and links to paid or external commercial sites.
- Client supplies me with current (within 2 years) high-resolution photos and affirms to me that the client owns right to use or distribute the provided photos.
- Client only sends me the photos that will appear on the website, I can always swap out photos, but if you send me a picture you "hate", that wastes my time, please prescreen your photos and send me up to 20 max. I will need all your links to review you branding and how you present your services,
- I will typically photoshop your final photos for design purposes, it averages about 10 minutes per photo, included in package.
- I provide photo editing services, if you have high resolution photos you would like me to edit, lite photoshop and improve the images for your ads, I charge $ 80 for 100 photos.
- Client provides all text and website copy and is responsible for the written content.
- You write your own bio and tell me specifically what you want to say and not to say. I add my thoughts and suggestions.
- Design is custom based on your criteria and existing content, if you have no clue, then tell me upfront.
- I design the site as your artwork leads me, I am designing in GoDaddy templates which are easy to manage, update and publish. If you have a specific vision, please clarify clearly and provide sample.
- Includes 1 year hosting on Go-Daddy platform and site domain registration.
- Includes a 90-day monitoring report of your site analytics and one website refresh at 6 months.
- Deposits Are Non-Refundable - pay as you go.
- 25% Deposit upon your approval of my 1st Draft Concept
- All terms are agreed upon in advance, I don't play games.
- Certainly, I will certainly transfer the domain and website to your GoDaddy account, once it is officially published and all accounts have been settled.
